Background: Cystic duct drains the bile from gallbladder into common duct. Gallstone disease is one of most problems affecting digestive tract and may lead to many complications. To avoid complications in these patients removed surgically (Cholecystectomy). Ligation cystic artery a prerequisite procedure when cholecystectomy done. Understanding about normal anatomy & possible variations biliary ductal system important for surgeons doing surgery successfully. Errors during commonly result failure appreciate system. Aim study: find out incidence length, course, termination cadavers. Materials Methods: Present study was done 50 adult cadavers Department Anatomy, Government Tiruvannamalai medical college, Tamilnadu. Meticulous dissection hepatobiliary Observations: During length duct, course different modes insertion were observed. Conclusion: Knowledge knowing necessary while conducting cholecystectomy. The risk iatrogenic injury especially high cases where misidentified prior surgery. KEY WORDS: Gallbladder, Cholecystectomy.

Description of a rare recurrent Gartner’s duct cyst associated with yeast infection in a crossbred heifer isreported. The recurrence was caused by uncontrolled yeast infection that showed in vitro sensitivity tooxytetracycline. Administration of local clotrimazole and systemic oxytetracycline as per recommendedtherapeutic dose regime resulted in complete recovery.
